Corruption of the earth is frequently used in the Holy Qur'an, but no specific punishment is explicitly mentioned about it. Therefore, there is a difference among jurists in this regard. The upcoming research has discussed the scope of corruption in the land, whether it only includes crimes Is it security or does it include non-security crimes as well? This research aims to solve the most important problems that have been introduced into Article 286 of the Islamic Penal Code regarding the spiritual scope of corruption. The method of data processing has been analytical and critical.
