One of the important aspects of Imamate and political jurisprudence is the way of confronting the government and rulers of Jor. This research seeks to deal with the descriptive and analytical method of the scientific and practical life of religious leaders (AS) and their relationship in the face of sovereignty and to answer the basic question why some of the companions of the Imams (AS) were in the caliphate and with them Did they interact? And what has been the behavior of the Imams of the Infallibles (AS) towards the rulers of Jor? What is the view of Islamic religions in opposition to such rulers? What is the role of time requirements in dealing with the ruler of Jor? The author has tried to study the lifestyle of the Imams (AS) in the face of governments to examine the research in two dimensions of normal and secondary status and has paid attention to components such as time and place. In case of emergency; Although the ruler has no legitimacy, due to the important interest and the secondary ruling, the people interact and cooperate with the government in order to eliminate the possible dangers from the Muslim community.
