This research analyzes “mystical anthropology” from the perspective of Imam Sadiq (AS) with a focus on the fundamental aspect of “levels of heart knowledge”. The theoretical framework is “ontological foundations” and the research is based on the theory of “Hadrat Khums”, according to which the system of existence is organized in five levels (the material world, the example, the intellects, the divine and the universal universe) and each level is considered a manifestation of divine names and attributes. At the top of this hierarchy, the “perfect human” (the universal universe) is considered as the “small world” and the most obvious manifestation of the “Muhammadian truth (PBUH)”, an abstract of the great world and a mediator of divine grace.
