The religion of Islam consists of a large complex with different religious, social, political, cultural, and moral dimensions. This research is trying to answer this basic question with a descriptive and analytical method, what is the position of religious government in maintaining the value system? The author tried to reach the main answer of the research by studying and researching Nahj al-Balagheh. The system in religious and Islamic government should be based on values, so that programs and works move towards a desirable and ideal society. In this passage, the rulers must take steps with plans and principles to maintain the value system. Therefore, in order to form a value system, the government should also be based on religious and Islamic government. Therefore, the formation of a religious government plays an important role in maintaining the monotheistic value system. The present article aims to explain the model of Alevi religious government, because Imam Ali (AS) paid attention to all the different aspects of the value system; Therefore, Nahj al-Balagha is one of the reliable sources in introducing the value system.
